Ring, vintage; necklace, Lulu Frost (similar in green here and pink here); glittery nails, Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Strips in Lust-rous
Makeup c/o: Clinique Chubby Stick in Two Ton Tomato; Dolce & Gabbana The Foundation Luminous Liquid Foundation; Nars Blush in Gaiety. Sunnies, c/o Mezzner. Necklace, Lulu Frost (similar in green here and pink here)

On my list of things-I-thought-I'd-never-wear-that-I-actually-wore-when-pregnant? This body-conscious navy dress that ended up being one of my number one go-to pieces over the last several months. (The office, out to dinner--it seemed to work for everything!) Although I've definitely gone through tight-dress phases in my non-bump life (hello, early-'90s Contempo Casuals!), I've basically given them up in recent years in favor of anything with at least a microscopic flare. But, when you're pregnant, the rules fly out the window. Case in point: I have loved strutting around in this dress, big tummy totally on display. In fact, I loved the fitted look so much--and found the dress so unbelievably versatile--that I'm planning to buy a similar, non-maternity option now and then wear the hell out of it, too. (I've got my eye on this one or this one--which do you prefer?)

Just a few more weeks left to go--can you believe it? Ahhhhh!

Studs, Skinnies, Sunnies--and Bump!

Loeffler Randall Bag

These shots were taken a few weeks back, so truth be told, my belly is waayyy bigger now, but nevertheless, this outfit has become one of my go-to maternity looks: a great pair of stretchy skinny maternity jeans and a 3/4-sleeve tee that I then pile with accessories to change it up from day to to day. Here, I wore one of my favorite Lulu Frost necklaces, a big comfy (faux!) fur vest, and some killer studded booties. And of course, I couldn't be without what has truly become one of my absolute favorite accessory purchases of the season: this amazingly cool studded Loeffer Randall bag. I'm obsessed because it's deceivingly compact, but still holds a TON. (Even an iPad!) I'm pretty sure you'll even find me stashing a diaper or two in there in about a month. ;)

Yep, I only have a month left to go! Can you believe it?!?

Baby Bumpsuit

Jumpsuit, Ripley Rader. Sunglasses, Dolce & Gabbana (similar here). Necklace, Baublebar. Bracelet, Eddie Borgo (similar here and here). Ring, Alexis Bittar. Clutch, Tory Burch (similar here and here). Shoes, Jimmy Choo (similar--and cheaper!--here).

Ring, Alexis Bittar (similar here and here). Necklace, BaubleBar
Confession: I've never worn a jumpsuit before. Ever. I've always been vaguely intrigued by them, but also always thought to get away with one you needed to be ten feet tall and about 110 pounds. With nonexistent hips. And that's just not me. But in a weird way, pregnancy gives you newfound confidence with clothing. You're so much bigger--it's just a fact--but you don't care, so you dare to go for things you otherwise might have passed by. Which brings me to this Ripley Rader jumpsuit. It's actually not a maternity piece (!) but it's super stretchy so it slipped easily over my tummy without feeling tight at all. I paired it with one of my favorite necklaces from BaubleBar (which is now also available in pink, neon green, and silver!), a few more gold accessories, and just went for it. And you know what? It felt awesome--super comfy and dare I say, super flattering. I plan to rock it after my pregnancy, too--even when I don't have the extra padding to hide behind.
