Remember how I was just saying how much I love midi skirts? Well, clearly I meant it. This gold one is kind of everything to me right now. I can wear it for work events (I'm in a creative field, though--I realize not everyone can!); for an evening thing, I'd just throw on a pair of heels or these boots and be good to go.

This J.Crew Tippi sweater is one of my all-time favorites. But you may already know that because I kind of can't shut up about it; I've mentioned it many, many times. (Here and here, for starters!) At this point, I think I own it in gray, blush pink, black, brown, and the gorgeous emerald green shade shown above. Why I'm such a fan: The fit is incredible--close, but not tight--and just really flattering. And the best part is the versatility. I wear mine constantly with jeans, but they also pair perfectly with skirts when you want to dress them up for work or a big event.

And speaking of skirts...this skirt! I'm loving the midi length that's so big right now, I have to tell you. And I'm so into the faux-leather thing these days, too.

Which brings me to the bag. It was a gift (insert heart-eyes emoji here) and I absolutely love it, but it's much, much brighter and bolder than I'm used to. Still, I'm kind of digging it against the darkness of the rest of my outfit. What do you guys think?
