Obsessed Much: Skinny Gold Cuff Bracelets

My favorite piece of jewelry right now: skinny gold cuff bracelets. I love that they're perfect for everyday because they go with anything. (Seriously--anything. Fancy work clothes, tee and jeans, anything.) I own two right now: this Miansai Screw Cuff (I like to think of it as the cooler, poor man's Cartier Love Bracelet) and the Giles & Brother Skinny Cortina Cuff (when I worked at Allure, this one was worn daily by at least five different editors there!). I alternate between the two and wear one of them almost every single day.

I've picked just a few of my favorite skinny gold cuffs to share with you above--I love them all! One is $200, one is $100, and the rest are way under that, so it's definitely a trend you can find at any price. (Like, can you believe this pretty, delicate one is only $32?!?) But it's also a trend you'll wear basically everyday, so if you want to splurge, the cost-per-wear makes it worth it. (I'm such an enabler, I know...!)

15 Cool Things You Need to Click On Today

I hate winter. Seriously. Can it just be spring already? Ugh. But when I'm not bitching about the cold this weekend, I'm going to be prepping for my daughter's upcoming birthday party (those mermaid cupcake toppers aren't going to make themselves!), and hopefully squeezing in a bang trim for her as well as a first haircut (squeeee!) for my (currently very shaggy) son.

I wanted to quickly share some close-up shots of the jewelry I was wearing in yesterday's post, because...they're some of my new very favorite things! This Burlesque Tassel Bib necklace from BaubleBar is so much fun and totally transforms an outfit. (Like the plain navy tee I'm wearing here!) I especially love the rose-gold color and the metal-fringe detail. But the best part is the price. It's $42!

These Pamela Love Five Spike Earrings are definitely more of a splurge, but how cool are they? They're very edgy, but since they're relatively delicate, the effect isn't super in-your-face. Love, love, love.

It's no secret around these parts that I have a bit of a Lulu Frost addiction. I can't help it. Their stuff is just so my style: vintage-y, statement-making, and of course, super sparkly. I love that the pieces feel one-of-a-kind--like you managed to unearth them from some epic estate sale--and also utterly timeless. The brand is on the pricey side, yes, but I feel more comfortable knowing that I'll wear them for years and years. I own several Lulu pieces already and I've never regretted a single purchase. (And I'm usually the queen of buyer's remorse...!)

Lulu Frost's new fall collection just launched and I think I actually shrieked when I saw the first images. Oh. My. God. It's perfection. I would wear pretty much every single piece, but here are a few of my absolute favorites. Which one do you like best?

It's Lulu Frost Sample Sale Time!

I am a huge, huge fan of Lulu Frost jewelry. It's sparkly, it's vintage-y, it's beautiful--totally up my alley. The pieces can be on the pricey side, yes, but they're cool, timeless, and incredibly versatile. I've worn them to weddings, to work with simple shift dresses, even on weekends with cutoffs and tanks. So, naturally, when they go on (major!) sale, I am very, very happy.

Therefore, one of my favorite times of year is Lulu Frost sample sale time. Their sales offer amazing deals (I've been to the NYC sale twice and scored huge both times). But the best part is that Lulu Frost does a simultaneous sample sale online so that anyone can easily get in on the crazy-awesome deals. (Check it out here.) If you love gorgeous jewelry, too, I highly recommend checking it out. Yesterday, I bought four pieces (eek!), which sounds slightly insane until you hear that all four together cost the same amount as one regularly-priced piece. (See? This is basically like my Christmas.)
